" NO ONWARD CHAIN - This fabulous home has been finished to an excellent standard and offers the class you would expect from a Leckhampton home. Positioned nicely in a cul-de-sac in a sought after road the home upon arrival offers a well sized block paved driveway and pretty green front garden. Entry to the home provides a useful entrance hall with access to the downstairs cloakroom and the living room via an oak door. The front room enjoys block oak flooring underfoot and a large westerly facing picture window to the front aspect. There is also a useful under stairs cupboard. To the rear of the property there is a well fitted kitchen with lovely pine units and offers space for a dining table giving the property a great social feel. There is a window from the kitchen over looking the garden and double sliding doors leading out to the garden. On the first floor you will find three good sized bedrooms with the largest two boasting built in cupboard space. The bathroom is well fitted with an excellent white Heritage suite. There is a lovely rear garden with a great patio which leads out from the dining area. The majority of the garden is grass laid to lawn with pretty borders and fence surround.
