" What a spot....... As you approach the property you can immediately get the feel the property has been looked after and is positioned beautifully. We firstly need to start with the rear garden of the property. This is a wonderful setting, offers many different areas in which to admire the views and enjoy a summers evening. There is also lots of plants, shrubbery and even a water feature and bench area at the top of the garden (see photograph). You approach the property to a low maintenance front garden which has ample flowers/plants, you then approach the porch which leads into the 18ft entrance hall. The main living space in the property includes a 19'9 lounge area which links into the dining area, both of which give a lovely feel to them. The kitchen comes off the dining area and includes enough room for all the items a kitchen needs. There are two double bedrooms with the master measuring a a healthy 13'5 and second bedroom 11'9 x 10'. The bathroom has been re-fitted by the current owner and is mostly tiled, with a shower over bath and heated towel rail. The property also offers off road parking in front of the single garage.
