" This detached home is 2000 square feet of property (including garage) with large two storey extension to the side. The house was a four bedroom house already and the annex originally provided kitchen and living room on the ground floor, with own stairs up to a double bedroom and large walk in en suite shower room. The kitchen has been since changed to a wet room but flexibility remains to change this house further to suit. There is parking on the front and an enormous 35'x 8'6, double length garage, with an additional workshop on the back, somewhere to hideaway from the home! This workshop actually has a lovely view over the garden, as do the main living rooms of the house and the annex in different directions. Whilst being dated in some places, this home offers so much liveable potential to be moulded to fit many family units.
