" Welcome to Number 3, Homecroft Drive, a substantial four-bedroom 1920`s detached family home situated along a private lane at the head of a No Through Road on the outskirts of central Cheltenham with the added benefit of being offered to the market with No Onward Chain.

Homecroft Drive is located within five miles of the Promenade yet is only minutes from Gallagher Retail Park, where there is a supermarket and a range of well-known High-Street Shops. Access to the M5 is also easily obtained with Junction 10 (Cheltenham) being accessible within minutes whilst the property sits within the catchment area of Swindon Village Primary School.
