" A charming, semi-detached, period cottage having previously been extended to provide spacious and versatile family accommodation. This three double bedroomed property has attractive established gardens and is situated within this sought after area just off Shurdington Road and a short distance from shops, local pubs and bus routes. The property can be reached via the block paved driveway providing off-road parking for two vehicles. The enclosed front porch has a door to a spacious front room, which is currently used as a study and has an open fireplace with a stone surround. A door to the inner hallway from this room has stairs to the first floor, and doors to the downstairs bathroom and kitchen/breakfast room. The modern downstairs bathroom has a three piece white suite and tiled walls.
