" A surprisingly spacious, three bedroom, semi detached family house, previously extended, located in this popular area with easy access to main routes and not far from schools and amenities. The property can be reached via an enclosed front garden which is laid to lawn with a path to the entrance which is situated at the side of the property. The entrance hall has stairs to the first floor, an opening into the living room, doors to the cloakroom and kitchen/dining room. The cloakroom has a two piece white suite. The living room has a limestone feature fireplace and window to the front aspect. The impressive kitchen/dining room has a range of modern high gloss black wall and base units with solid wood working surfaces over, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, integral appliances consisting a wine cooler, (dishwasher is not in working order), four ring infra red 'Lamona' hob with extractor over, two eye level double ovens (one is not in working order), tiled flooring and door to rear courtyard, an opening into the dining area has built-in shelving and patio doors to the rear decked area.
