" This two bedroom bungalow is located in the desirable Warden Hill area. The property offers ample space and light, just what you would expect from a 1950's home. Upon entry there is a nice sized entrance hall which acts as the central hub of the home providing access to all but one room. To the front aspect of the home are two good sized bedrooms, the master a great sized with a bay window. The living area is a good size with large window overlooking the garden and feature fireplace. The kitchen is newly fitted and offered integrated appliances and access to the rear garden. The garden is a lovely size and neat and tidy with both patio and lawn areas. There is also a detached garage which offers both power and light and leads from a good sized bloc paved driveway. Located in Warden Hill & Up Hatherley which are located approximately two miles South-West of the Regency Spa Town of Cheltenham. Built up with a mixture of both houses and bungalows which were predominantly built throughout the late 1940?s and 1950?s. The later stage of building came in the mid 1980?s and 1990?s which are road names associated with trees, flowers & shrubs. Within the area are several amenities including a supermarket, library, local shops, post office, doctor?s surgery and veterinary clinic. There are two primary schools one with an OFSTED report of outstanding. The secondary school is Bournside which is also highly regarded as one of the best comprehensives in Cheltenham.
