" A refurbished two bedroom apartment set on the first floor of this handsome Grade II listed town house of c. 1845-50 within strolling distance of fashionable Montpellier with its eclectic mix of boutiques, restaurants and bars, the Promenade beyond and the renowned Cheltenham Ladies' College.

The accommodation comprises an elegant open plan drawing room with dining and kitchen areas, three full length sash hung windows with shutters to the front elevation, marble fireplace with acanthus leaf corbels, high ceiling and high skirting boards and ceiling rose. In the kitchen area there is an island unit with sink, an integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven and painted floorboards. There is a double bedroom with a fireplace, built-in wardrobes to both alcoves, stripped painted floorboards and space under the stairs for a tumble dryer. Stairs lead up to a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a heated towel radiator; bedroom 2 has a fireplace, cupboards and window to the rear.

Outside on the lower landing is a separate utility room with a wall-mounted boiler and space and plumbing for a washing machine. There is off-road parking to the front and a communal lawned garden at the rear which is not accessible from the building but has to be accessed by walking round to the rear gate.
