" This Well presented family home is situated at the end of a terrace in sought after Tivoli. The property offers accommodation that includes an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, a refitted kitchen /breakfast room. Upstairs there is a refitted bathroom with a walk in wet room style shower with the rainfall style shower head and a separate bath. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Outside the rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a gated access. The property has double glazing and gas to radiator heating system. Situated in Leckhampton/Tivoli which is a leafy residential area just south of the Town Centre. The area has a mix of property styles but is made up of predominantly Victorian and Edwardian homes. Tivoli is a sought after part of town with tree lined streets and access to open countryside giving it a feel of a village. There are two Primary Schools both with an excellent reputations and most recent 'Outstanding' OFSTED reports to match. Located in Leckhampton is the Bath Road, the unofficial High Street of the area, which offers lots of independent shops, a couple of supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers, health food stores and book shops.
