" Welcome to Milford, a five-bedroom detached property located in the desirable village of Teddington and offers to the market a very well presented, spacious family home

The village of Teddington is located four miles from the larger village of Bishops Cleeve, which has its own High Street and offers an array of national and independent shops, restaurants, bars and sporting activities. The larger town of Cheltenham is located a little further but is within eight miles and has renowned shopping facilities, a town hall and theatre and hosts several festivals to include: Food, Literature and Science.

Returning to the property, the first that you notice when you walk in is how much natural light the property enjoys. The living room which is found to the front elevation has a large picture window and an open fireplace, a must for a home in the country. Behind this room is the kitchen/breakfast room which is modern in d?cor and offers an array of integral appliances whilst due to its position in the home, has a wonderful outlook over the rear garden

From the office, proceed out of Cheltenham along the Evesham Road passing Cheltenham Racecourse following the signs for Bishops Cleeve/Evesham. Pass the garden centre on your left and proceed through the traffic lights. At the roundabout, continue to follow the signs for A435/Evesham. Continue along, passing the villages of Gotherington and Oxenton and take the right hand turn signposted Teddington. Drive into the village and take the second turning on your right into Church Lane where the property can be found on the right hand side
