It is clear that this home has been loved and cared for since the owners moved in over 45 years ago. Built in the 60s with careful attention to light, many rooms have large picture windows, whilst others are dual aspect. Situated at the head of this small cul du sac within a wide garden plot, it offers potential for the next owners who will hopefully love it as much as they have.

Inside the house, the entrance hall has a useful cloaks cupboard and leads into the L-shaped loungedining room. Patio doors lead off the dining area into the garden.

The kitchen adjacent to the dining area is fitted with a range of wall and base units with an integrated electric hob and oven. Off the kitchen is a rear lobby providing access to a ground floor wc and the garage to the side.

On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, family bathroom and separate wc. The large full height landing window in the stair well allows light to flood in and would provide good access to a second floor extension if this were to be considered.

Outside the rear garden is quite delightful having been planted with a wide range of plants and shrubs to provide interest and colour all year round.

There are steps to the raised lawn, vegetable bed and compostingbin store.

There is gated side access to the front of the property which is designed to be low maintenance and provide ample off road parking and access into the garage.

The garage offers enough space for a car and workshop and benefits from power and light and French door windows out to the rear garden.

The house has the benefit of a combination boiler serving the gas central heating and upvc double glazed windows and doors.

Newtown is an established and popular area of Tewkesbury with a convenient store, close proximity to the town centre, and its wide range of excellent amenities
