Located within a cul du sac at the top of Mitton, Manor Park is a road of exclusively detached homes built by Bovis Homes in the 70s.

This property is probably one of the largest in the road being the only one of its design, sitting on an exceptionally large garden plot, backing onto fields with far reaching views*.

The accommodation consists of light, generously proportioned rooms with a lounge at the rear with large patio doors providing a lovely outlook over the garden. It has a stone fireplace currently housing a gas fire with an external chimney. Double doors open into the dining room which again enjoys views over the garden.

Adjacent to the dining room at the rear of the house is the kitchen, which is fitted with a range of wall and base units and which would benefit from some updating. From the kitchen a door leads into a separate utility room which has plumbing for a washing machine. There is a door to the side of the property and the covered walk way which leads from the front to the rear.

At the front of the house is a home office and completing the accommodation on the ground floor is a useful wc.

On the first floor there are four double bedrooms and the main shower room. The main bedroom has the benefit of fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The shower room is fitted with a walk in shower unit, pedestal wash basin and low level wc.

Throughout the property has been well cared for and maintained, having been owned by the current owners since newly built. It has the benefit of a recently installed gas central heating boiler and upvc double glazed windows.

The double garage block at the side is linked to the house by a covered walk way which leads front to back – ideal when arriving home with muddy boots and wet coats. There is power and light and in front of the garages is a long driveway providing ample off road parking.

Mitton is an extremely popular area of the town not least for its proximity to local convenience shops, schools, countryside walks, regular bus links and the town centre. Tewkesbury itself offers a wide range of excellent eateries, shops, leisure activities, new hospital and medical centre, Theatre and Abbey.
