If the answer is yes, then The Homestead is certainly a property that you should place on your viewing list. Believed to be originally built in the early 1800`s, the current owners have owned the property for the last 16 years and have now decided the time is right to move to pastures new.

The house, which has been extended and modified throughout its history sits comfortably in its surrounding and affords wonderful views to both front and rear elevations. Inside the property offers accommodation over two floors with the ground floor comprising; Entrance hall, utility room, downstairs bathroom, living/dining room, with the living area having an inglenook fireplace with a log burner inset. The final two rooms to the ground floor include the fitted kitchen, which offers an array of fitted appliances and sliding doors which lead onto the conservatory, which in turn has a stunning overview across the formal gardens and onto the adjoining paddock.

Moving upstairs there are four bedrooms in total. At the next roundabout continue straight over and at the next roundabout take the third exit onto the A417 ( Gloucester Road). following the signs for Ledbury. Proceed along the road and enter into the village of Hartpury. The Homestead will be found on the left hand side of the road as advertised by our For Sale sign
