" Overview
House Network are delighted to offer 'Sunnybank', a very pretty, deceptively large, well maintained cottage of mainly stone construction with rendered elevations to the rear. Situated in unspoiled countryside on the edge of the Forest of Dean with beautiful views across the Severn Valley.The property comprises of a very comfortable well laid out cottage, with three reception rooms including spacious sitting room; separate dining room/living room; office with French doors to the rear garden; dining kitchen; utility room and separate w.c. Upstairs are four good-sized double bedrooms, three of which are double aspect with windows to the front or back of the house and a window to the side elevation. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. There is a large family bathroom and a separate a family shower room.

Honeysuckle Cottage is within the grounds of Sunnybank and presently provides a good income as a luxury holiday let.
