An exceptionally spacious and well laid out, detached family home in a quiet and popular cul-de-sac location in the village of Killearn. Although now requiring some cosmetic upgrading throughout, the property offers fantastic potential in an excellent spot.

Internally, the flexible accommodation extends to reception hallway, formal lounge semi open plan to a dining area, which in turn has sliding doors to the rear garden, fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room, excellently sized family room with alcove area and access to bedroom four/home office, family shower room. Take the third left onto Beech Drive and second left onto Cedar Road and first right onto Elder Road. The property can be found at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left hand side. "
