This house is situated in a quiet location overlooking parkland and there is a shopping centre and sports centre nearby. This house is near Glasgow Nautical College (approx 250m) and there are frequent bus services nearby to and from Glasgow City Centre.

This house currently has a `House in Multiple Occupation ` License which expires on 30 November 2011 so that 4 unrelated tenants can legally reside in this house.
