" This is a second floor, corner positioned, three bedroom tenement apartment with dining sized kitchen. This property has undergone a total refurbishment to the exterior which includes a new roof. All major works were carried out in 2012 and other upgrades include double glazed sash and case windows, re-wiring and re-plumbing along with exterior stonework and interior plaster work.

The accommodation comprises of a reception hallway. The lounge is double aspect. There is a family sized kitchen/dining room with double glazed sash window, space for dining table and chairs and a range of kitchen storage units. There is a stainless steel sink unit and spaces for all appliances. There are three large double bedrooms.
