This spacious blonde sandstone flat is on the top floor, and will appeal to a variety of purchasers looking for a quality flat in this popular and convenient area. The top floor position makes the property bright and airy, and affords a lovely view of the church, built in 1848 and funded by the Tennent family.

The flat has a large reception hall, with a storage cupboard, and giving access to all the rooms.
The sitting room has good proportions with a high ceiling, and south facing bay window, with views of the church and along the street. There are two double bedrooms, one to the front and one to the rear. There is also a third, single, bedroom that would also make an ideal office / study / pc room.
