" Located in a favoured cul-de-sac, is this modern two bedroom mid terrace home presented for sale in excellent decorative order.
This property has been very well maintained by its current owners and the accommodation comprises entrance porch with double glazed side window and door through to a front facing lounge with a double glazed window. The family dining sized kitchen which enjoys a double glazed door leading to a south west facing rear garden. There is also a double glazed window. The kitchen area has a stainless steel sink unit, fitted electric double oven, hob and hood, full height integrated fridge/freezer and spaces for all other appliances.
The first floor landing has access point to the loft. There are two double sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has a built-in double wardrobe across one wall with mirrored sliding doors and double glazed windows. Bedroom two is front facing with double glazed windows.
