" Situated in this much sought after residential cul-de-sac, is this modern two bedroom plus box room end terraced home.

This property is presented for sale in excellent decorative order and has been very well maintained by the present owners. The accommodation comprises entrance porch with double glazed entrance door through to a reception hallway, front facing lounge with a double glazed window, which also provides access to a family dining sized kitchen which enjoys double glazed French doors leading to a south west facing rear garden.
