The property is entered via double leaf storm doors which lead through to an entrance vestibule with stained glass panelled inner door giving access to a stunning formal reception hall with decorative cornice work, sanded flooring, deep cloaks cupboard off and open stair leading to the upper landing. Below the stair is a shower room with white three piece suite including tiled shower compartment with glazed screen and Mira shower system. The walls are tiled to half height all round and the flooring is finished in quarry tile. There is lighting over the work surfaces and integral to the kitchen is an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The open stair from the lower hall leads to a spectacular upper landing with window side facing which sits in an alcove which could be used as a study area and all round there is decorative cornice work.
