In excellent order throughout, this detached villa sits in a quiet cul-de-sac location within an extremely popular modern development convenient for a host of amenities including park, shops, golf course and transport services.

The property is entered through a main door leading to an entrance vestibule with door access through to the front facing lounge with decorative coving all round, beech laminate flooring which extends through to the dining room and a feature timber fireplace with marble effect insert and hearth. On open plan to the lounge is a dining room with French doors through to the rear gardens and decorative coving all round. From the lounge there is access to an inner hall with carpeted stair leading to the upper landing. Off the hall is a WC with two piece suite. The kitchen has window rear facing and door to the side and is fitted extensively with a range of wall and base storage units and work surfaces incorporating an inset sink unit with tiled splash backs. The essential heating boiler unit is wall mounted and integral to the kitchen is an electric oven, gas hob and extractor hood.
