If you are looking to live by the sea but want the best of both worlds living in town then this could be the place for you! A walk up the street and you will reach the hustle and bustle of the town centre with banks, shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Only a couple of streets away from the promenade and all the amusements and amenities, including the cinema and swimming pool, as well as the many hotels which have their own private pools and spas offering various activities for young and old alike. The vast St Annes on Sea beach is there for those lovely summer evening walks watching the sun go down into the sea, or for flying your kite on those fresher days.

For the growing family there are two good primary schools very close by, and Lytham St Annes High School is a fifteen minute walk or a short bus ride. For the tiny ones there are several nurseries close at hand too. For the adults going to work the M55 is only 10 minutes drive with access onwards to all the major motorways for the Northwest and beyond, or if you prefer to travel by train then St Annes on Sea Railway Station is only a five minute walk away.
