The property consists of a lounge with dining area, kitchen and hallway on the ground floor leading to two good sized rooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. The property also benefits from a rear garden with lawns, decking and a garden shed and to the front there is off street parking for two cars. The property is in move in condition.

The lounge is accessed via a half glazed door from the hallway. The room has double glazed windows overlooking both the front and rear of the house providing ample daylight. Double radiators under each window provide heat. The walls a wallpapered and emulsioned and the ceiling is textured and emulsioned. The flooring is laminate to match the lower hallway.
