This outstanding three-bedroom end terraced home is conveniently located on a quiet residential road close to the main village of Tillicoultry. The home sits elevated in Coalsnaughton and enjoys beautiful views towards the Ochil Hills from all rooms within the house.

Spread over 100m2 of floorspace, the home enjoys large panes of glazing throughout which flood the rooms with light throughout the day. Externally, to the front, the home has been extended to create a welcoming entrance porch and a driveway offers excellent off-street parking. The gardens provide a nice peaceful retreat.

The lounge positioned to the front of the plan is a lovely room. A wood burning stove creates a cosy feel, a large window provides the light and the decorations offer a textural warmth.

The kitchen located to the rear of the plan has contemporary cabinetry providing excellent storage provision. Work top space is plentiful for food preparation. An exit point to the gardens is via the kitchen area.
