Roswell Court is situated on the Estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth is internationally known for its wildlife, nature reserves and the beautiful surrounding Devon countryside. Within easy access of the development is a number of bus stops offering transport across Exmouth, if you wish to travel further a field the Exmouth railway station provides regular travel to Exeter, Torquay, Paignton, Barnstaple as well as onward links to London. The main shopping area in the town centre is within the Magnolia Shopping centre, together with the surrounding streets that are home to a variety of retail establishments and the Exmouth indoor Market.Roswell Court offers security, independence and comfort. Staff are on site 24-hours a day and an emergency call system links the apartment to the Estate Manager if he/she isn't available to a central switchboard 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
