" Directions
From Exmouth town centre, proceed onto the seafront and continue along Queens Drive towards the New Lifeboat Station. Follow the road around to the left and at the mini roundabout, turn right onto Foxholes Hill. Proceed up the hill, past the picnic area and follow the road down to the left. The property will be found on the left hand side.
