" Directions
From Topsham proceed towards the Clyst St George roundabout and take the second exit signposted for Exmouth (A376). Continue into Exmouth passing the Shell garage on your right hand side. Keep in the right hand lane and follow the signs towards the town centre along Marine Way. Take the second exit off the roundabout by Exmouth Railway station and then the first exit off the next roundabout. Follow the signs for the sea front keeping the sea on your right along the sea front following the road around at the Maer past the lifeboat station. At the next roundabout turn right into Foxholes Hill. Continue up the hill and around the hair pin bend and the property will be found toward the bottom of the development next to the open land which leads immediately to Orcombe Point.

Situation
Exmouth is a popular coastal town surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside and yet only twelve miles by road and rail from the Cathedral city of Exeter, with its intercity railway station, airport and access onto the M5 motorway.
