" A two bedroomed, two reception roomed, terraced Victorian house packed with charm and character situated in the heart of this popular coastal town. An absolute joy and most appealing 'seaside' property presented to a superb standard with the added features of a loft room and an enclosed sunny rear courtyard garden.

In more detail ...
The current vendors have thoroughly enjoyed living in this home which they have so lovingly enhanced and refurbished since moving here 4 years ago. As you approach the new red double glazed front door into the hallway the immediate impact of the interior style is apparent with authentic black and white diamond patterned tiling to the floor. This was sourced by the owner to keep intact the integrity of this Victorian terrace. The bay fronted sitting room is impeccably presented with original floorboards and a fireplace. On entering the spacious dining room to the rear you notice a double glazed French door with matching side panel window which opens onto a decked area within the rear garden. The room has a lovely deep cupboard with a tongue and groove wooden door and a light is supplied. There is a further recessed cupboard for coats and boots. Once again a focal point is added by a wooden fire surround and mantel. Upstairs the main bedroom is a very large double room and the second bedroom has built in storage and would accommodate a double bed too. The bath/shower room has a Creda shower over the bath and is fully tiled. This is without doubt a most exemplary and impeccably presented terraced home and really must be viewed to appreciate the lifestyle opportunity afforded.

What the owner likes ...
We love how cosy and warm the living room is in the evenings when it's dimly lit. Equally just as enjoyable is entertaining in the garden in the summer months (our little suntrap!) When it gets late and the sun sets, we all pile into the dining room. Lastly, we absolutely love the Victorian features such as the tiled hallway floor, wooden floors and original fireplace

Bear in mind ...
This gorgeous house also has a generously proportioned loft room with 3 eaves storage cupboards. This would make a great studio/office space. It doesn't have a window and there is restricted head height but it is warm, cosy and is a useful additional room. The rear courtyard is worthy of particular note. It is a walled garden 24'5" (narrowing to 15'8") x 13'8" (narrowing to 5'11"). It makes an ideal space in which to entertain informally or to sunbathe as it catches the sun all afternoon and evening. It is paved with a rear gate providing access to the service lane and it has a wooden decked area adjacent to the French door from/to the dining room. The owners have carried out extensive work to this property since buying it including having it replastered and rewired with many additional sockets. Please ask our staff for a full list of the other completed works.
