Regatta Court is a recent development of luxury apartments, built in 2009, situated adjacent to the Exe Estuary.

The apartment is one of eight served by a lift and stairs that lead to the Marina and secure underground parking. There is an electrically operated security gate to the parking areas

The apartment has been maintained to a high standard and has been little used. It is fully double glazed, and comprises a spacious entrance hall which leads to the two double bedrooms (one with en suite bath & shower) each with built in wardrobes, the main bathroom and the open plan living area which in turn gives access to the German fitted kitchen with integrated Neff appliances.

The large living room and dining area, which has a balcony, both overlook the Exe Estuary to Dawlish Warren and Berry Head beyond.

The living areas are fully carpeted throughout and of a neutral colour.

Exmouth Marina, on which the apartment is located, is within easy walking distance of the town centre and sea front.

There is a rail link from Exmouth to Exeter which in turn enables one to get to Plymouth and beyond and to London (Paddington). The M5 is within easy reach as is the expanding International airport.
