" Location
Cockwood is a small village with a lovely tidal harbour on the west side of the Exe Estuary. Lying between the villages of Dawlish Warren and Starcross, it is separated from the estuary by the main railway line between Exeter and Torquay, with a station close by in Starcross. It is a popular boating spot with church and pubs/restaurants.


Directions
From Exeter take the A379 to Starcross and carry on. Just after a sharp right hand bend turn left and follow the road around the harbour passing the Anchor Inn on your right hand side. After the next corner take your first right into School Lane and carry on up into what becomes Cofton Hill. The property can be found a short way up on the right hand side.
