" Individual one-off detached bungalow in set in large landscaped gardens, elevated location with beautiful country views just a few minutes’ drive from Exeter (about 2 miles from the city centre), extended accommodation with en-suite, double garage - a lovely property well worth viewing!

The property enjoys lovely rural views across Devon countryside from its elevated position (as apparent from the photos), and is surrounded by its own large private landscaped gardens, most of which takes full advantage of the fine views.   It is approached through a wide 5-bar gate to a good sized off road parking area with space for 3+ vehicles  plus a  detached double garage (with inspection pit and remote controlled door).  The gardens are over several levels, and contain sweeping lawns, various patios, outbuildings, ponds, raised vegetable beds, and a conservatory with timber decked surround. 

Internally, the bungalow offers spacious 3 bedroomed accommodation which has been extended in recent years, with most of the accommodation enjoying the lovely views.  It is well designed and presented throughout having a large sociable living/dining space (which could be separated easily if desired), a fitted kitchen, an en-suite shower and family bathroom.   It benefits from uPVC double glazing, uPVC fascia boards, oil central heating throughout.

Three Horseshoes is a small hamlet on the northern fringes of Exeter, comprising of a scattering of mainly period properties (some thatched), all surrounded by countryside.  Opposite the bungalow is the well regarded eatery/pub “The Stables”, and beyond is Bernaville Nurseries which also has a café and excellent restaurant. 

DIRECTIONS from Crediton

Take the A377 main road from Crediton for about 4.5 miles, and turn right just before Bernaville Nurseries into a single track lane.  Proceed up the lane and take the first turning on your right (this lane serves both “The Sidings”, and the car park for “The Stables”).  Proceed up the driveway, and take the driveway for “The Sidings” is on your left.
