" Aylesbeare is renowned for enjoying the 'best of both worlds' being surrounded by glorious East Devon countryside yet is within striking distance of major roads, the Cathedral City of Exeter and the coast. There is an active village community and a new village pub is under construction. The property benefits from being within the excellent West Hill primary school catchment and subsequently the renowned Kings School catchment in Ottery St Mary.

The property itself enjoys spacious light and airy accommodation being meticulously maintained by the current owners and briefly comprising; reception hall, kitchen/breakfast room which is extensively fitted with traditional solid oak cupboards and drawers both at base and eye level whilst incorporating modern appliances including eye level double oven, ceramic hob, dish washer and fridge.
