At the roundabout at Clyst St Mary take the Sidmouth Exit and after several hundred yards turn right into Church Lane, before the garden centre. The next right will be Clyst Valley Road and follow this road down bearing to the left and number 36 will be located on the right hand side.


Situation
The River Clyst is a tributary of the River Exe and Clyst St Mary takes its name from the river combined with the church dedication of the village. There is a post office, a good village primary school, convenient public houses and store close by and Clyst Valley Road is ideally situated within easy commuting distance of the Cathedral city of Exeter. The popular estuary town of Topsham is within three miles and offers a wide range of convenience stores, a bakery, a butcher, greengrocers, chemists, doctors surgeries, dentist and a great number of public houses and restaurants.
