Notes from the owner:
The house was fully renovated in 2010, this included a complete re-wiring of the whole property, and a new fuse board. A brand-new energy efficient central heating system was installed and all the plumbing renewed. There is no gas to the property, the central heating is a traditional wet system with radiators but the boiler is an instant electric heater, A rated.
Average annual electricity cost for the property are £700, which included heating cost. Council tax band is B, property also has a water meter fitted. Parking in by permit and each house is allowed two permits at a cost of £30 for the year.
Along with a new kitchen and bathroom, the majority of the walls were re-plastered and extra insulation fitted between the floors.
During the renovation the house was future proofed with a number of additional extras.

The loft has been double insulated recently back in 2018. It’s parted boarded out over half the loft space for additional storage.
The central heating and hot water systems are both in the loft. During renovation new gas pipes were installed from the loft to the underfloor area below the stairs, this would allow for the future installation of a gas boiler.
