Hartland is a very popular village community covering a very wide and predominantly agricultural hinterland just a short distance inland from the rugged North Devon coastline where there are many secluded coves and beaches. Regular bus services commute into the Port and Market town of Bideford (13 miles) where a wider range of general facilities and choice of private and secondary schools are available.  The North Cornwall resort town of Bude is to the west also approx. 13 miles away.

DIRECTIONS: From Bideford proceed on the A39 North Cornwall route until passing through the Clovelly Cross mini roundabout where after a further 100 yards take the turning right as signposted to Hartland.  Keep on this road for approx. 3 miles until descending into the village follow the road until you reach the one way system near the village centre, Fore Street will be up on your right and the property will have a For Sale Board and house number displayed.
