Situation Castle Heights is situated on the edge of Lynton with views over the sea. Extensive shopping facilities and amenities are available in Lynton and Lynmouth. The latter with its enchanting harbour and together with wide range of inns and restaurants. Nearby are silver and green canopied walks to Watersmeet, The Valley of the Rocks, The Doone Valley, Woody Bay and Brendon and amongst the many attractions that Exmoor has to offer. About half an hour by car there is access to the A361, North Devon Link Road which leads in another half hour to Junction 27 of the M5 motorway and also provides access to Tiverton Parkway where there are trains to London Paddington in just over two hours. The safe, sandy surfing beaches of Croyde, Saunton, Putsborough and Woolacombe are all about 30-40 minutes drive.
