The space on offer in this property with its flexibility and adaptability means that it could be offer  a variety of potential uses from an imposing family or holiday home to a boutique B&B and subject to the necessary planning  consents, be further devided to create separate apartments.

Whilst dating back to the 18th Century and still displaying many fine period features the property has been the subject of a thorough but sympathetic program of refurbishment.  The opportunity was taken to upgrade the kitchen, heating and glazing along with the basic fabric of the building as well as addressing the decor.   As a result the property now feels modern, warm and light but none of its character has been lost and it stil retains its original doors, wood panelling and ceiling roses .
