The apartment is situated on the sea's edge and from spring through summer you are well positioned to see both the sun rise and set over the sea from its huge Victorian bay windows. Just off the coastal path, in a quiet area, though only a couple of minutes down the road to the pretty natural harbour that offers fishing trips and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island and where artist Damien Hirst has a harbour side bar and gourmet food restaurant which also displays his artwork. Also situated in a good area for sea fishing and within easy reach of coarse fishing venues. Cliff top walks, with breath-taking views across the rugged coastline and out to sea, are just minutes away or enjoy a scenic drive over Exmoor National Park which is beautiful all year round. The Blue Flag golden sands of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are just 10 minutes by car and many cater for surfers and sailing enthusiasts.
