From Topsham proceed towards the Clyst St George roundabout and take the second exit signposted for Exmouth (A376). Continue through Ebford towards Exton. Continue along this road passing filling station on your right hand side take the next right hand turning into Exton Lane. Down to the T junction turn right on to Green Lane and the property is down this lane on the right hand side.


Situation
Exton remains one of the most highly desirable East Devon estuary villages sitting on the East bank of the River Exe within six miles of Exeter City Centre and two miles from Topsham.
