Location:
Colyton is a picturesque and popular destination with a thriving community. It boasts good shopping facilities, Public Library, Health Centre, Inns, Restaurants, Churches and, of course, the famous Tramway leading through Colyton stopping at Colyford and arriving at the Coastal town of Seaton. The County town of Exeter, with its regional airport, is some twenty miles to the west, and the mainline rail link to London (Waterloo) is at Axminster, approximately seven miles distant. The popular World Heritage Coastal resorts of Sidmouth, Seaton and Lyme Regis are all within a short drive.

Directions:
From our offices in Seaton, turn left into Harbour Road. At the first roundabout turn left into The Underfleet and continue straight across at the next mini roundabout. Turn right at the next roundabout into Fore Street and follow this road into Colyford. At the T Junction, turn right onto the A3052 and then turn left onto the B3161 for Colyton. Follow this road along and take the left hand turning for Newbery Close. Continue into Newbery Close and take the 2nd right into a small cul-de-sac where Number 21 will be seen directly ahead.
