" This detached four bedroom home is situated in a small cul-de-sac close to the heart of the historic little town of Colyton, within a short walk of all facilities. The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, bathroom, ground floor cloakroom

COUNCIL TAX: Band E. East Devon District Council. Currently £1,836.82. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: We believe the property was built around the mid 1970´s and is of traditional block cavity construction under a tiled roof. Cavity wall insulation has been installed along with increased loft insulation. Windows are uPVC double glazed. There is a water softener installed which is housed in the garage and the property has an alarm system. The bathroom was re-fitted about 2 years ago. Fascia boards have been upgraded to uPVC and the garden fencing was renewed about 5 years ago. The property appears to have been generally well maintained.

Colyton is a pretty little market town (more like a village) with a small town centre offering a good range of daily needs including two convenience stores, fish and chip shop, hardware store, butcher, hairdressers, post office, small stationers, pharmacy, health centre, garden centre, library and a few other individual shops. There is a primary school in the town and the well regarded Colyton Grammar School is just 1½ miles away. A beautiful Church is at the heart of the town and there is an interesting variety of architecture. The tram from Seaton which runs along the Estuary stops at Colyton and there are good public transport links. Nearby Axminster (6 miles), has a mainline station with regular trains to London Waterloo and Exeter. The city of Exeter is approx. 25mins by car and the airport just outside Exeter is approx. 19 miles.  "
