Located in this pretty coastal village within a mile of the picturesque bay of Crackington Haven a finely presented three bedroom detached house. SITUATION

Set on this popular development within this North Cornish village with its own post office/village store and Church. Approximately one mile is the picturesque bay of Crackington Haven with its own public house, cafรฉ, popular beach and spectacular coastal walks. The A39 'Atlantic Highway' with good access North up to Bude and South further on into Cornwall is approximately three miles distant. Bude offers a wide range of shopping, business and leisure facilities. School bus services operate from the village to Bude and Camelford Comprehensive Schools whilst there is a good primary school at Jacobstowe which is about four miles.
