" Lovely contemporary home, modern and stylish, with generous gardens. Excellent location on a select development (over 55's only).  Immaculately presented with very attractive fitted kitchen and super bathrooms.  Garage and additional parking.  Only 9 miles to the beach.
 
SITUATION
The property is conveniently situated in the thriving market town of Holsworthy which offers a range of amenities including banks, post office, leisure centre, 18 hole golf course, Waitrose supermarket, hospital, primary and secondary schooling.  The popular north Cornish coastal resort of Bude is approximately 9 miles distant with its safe and sandy surfing beaches and coastal walks.
