SITUATION The property is located on the fringes of the friendly village of Week St Mary within level walking distance of the village square with its general store and place of worship. The village of Week St Mary won the Calor Village of the Year 2009 (country winner) and also has a village website www.weekstmaryvillage.co.uk. Located just six miles from the sandy beaches of Widemouth Bay and seven miles from the popular coastal resort of Bude. The former market town of Launceston lies twelve miles to the south east, with access to the A30 trunk road which links the cathedral cities of Truro and Exeter. At Exeter there is access to the M5 and onward motorway network, international airport and rail services connecting to London Paddington. To the south lies the city port of Plymouth with regular cross channel ferry services to Northern France and Spain.
