SITUATION
The village of Pyworthy boasts a primary school, village hall and public house and is the centre of a thriving local community.  The ‘Pyworthy Post’ illustrates the range of activities, from the gardening club to car safari’s.  The thriving market town of Holsworthy is about 2 miles with a good range of amenities including shops, supermarket, schooling at primary and secondary level, leisure facilities (including an 18 hole golf course only a mile from the property) and other business facilities.  The spectacular rugged North Cornish coast is just 8 miles distance with sandy beaches offering lovely walking opportunities and water sports.  The cathedral city of Exeter is some 45 minutes drive and offers a full range of facilities as well as motorway and mainline railway access and international airport.
