From Holsworthy Town Square turn left and proceed along Fore Street towards Bideford.  Opposite the Church turn left signposted ‘Bude’.  At the bottom of the hill, turn right signposted ‘Chilsworthy/Bradworthy’.  Take the first right hand turning signposted ‘The Vineyards’ and continue for approximately 50 yards turning left into the first cul-de-sac.  No 17 can be found on the right hand side with a Kivells For Sale board clearly displayed.
