SITUATION The property is situated within this popular modern residential cul-de-sac within easy reach of the centre of the village of Halwill Junction. Proceed for a short distance, passing the post office stores on the left handside and then the public house on the right hand side and after a short distance the entrance to Beeching Close will be found upon the left.
