SITUATION This detached property is in the historical heart of Ashwater, located on the eastern edge of its lovely village green. Further on, but less than 200 yards from Bell Tower Cottage, is the recently built Ashwater village hall and community shop/post office, which both exemplify the tremendous community spirit of the parish.
