Door to: LIVING ROOM Window to front, radiator, woodburning stove, 2x sofas. STAIRS TO FIRST FLOOR Stairs divide up to two separate landings, radiator. Doors to: BEDROOM 1 Twin room, 2x single beds, window to front, wardrobe, radiator. BEDROOM 2 Double room with double bed, chest of drawers, radiator, window to front, built in airing cupboard with linen shelves. BEDROOM 3 Single room with single bed, window to front, radiator, wardrobe. Proceed for approximately 0.75 of a mile to the village. Continue on this road until reaching a triangular green with 'The Tors' public house to the left of the green. Town Living Cottage is the last cottage on the right at the top of the green with a red iron gate. LETTING The property is to let on a Winter Let Agreement.
